"I have been coming here for roughly 5 years and I’m so incredibly disappointed with the current mechanics. I have only stayed loyal to them for so long for one reason and one reason only: the gentleman who is always up front & answering the phones (pretty sure his name is Ron). He’s always been so helpful and I can actually trust him since I’m literally clueless when it comes to cars. He is also the only reason this isn’t a one star review. But unfortunately he’s not the one working on my car, so when I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment, I got told they didn’t do my alignment because I “just needed air in my tires.” I was preparing for a 15 hour drive down south and my alignment was definitely off.. It made it difficult to drive my car confidently so how was I gonna make that long of a drive? Anyways, I paid for my oil change and left, but my gut was telling me to get a second opinion on my alignment since that’s a long drive to make as a woman by myself. I am SO happy I did because the picture provided is what my car was looking like before it got fixed. Drove like new as soon as I got my wheel alignment done. I don’t know if the mechanics there are just lazy or flat out don’t care, but that was a loss of business. And now I will never be back."

"Was in town for work and getting ready to go home when our car started to make a noise in the front end. F and F came highly recommended. They looked at it and told me what was wrong fixed it and on our way great service if we ever have a issue again I hope we are lose to them to fix it."

"On more than one occasion over the past few years, I have needed a flat fixed. When I needed new tires they had an economical alternative to the overpriced dealer tires. They've gone above and beyond to be accommodating (IMO) - including a last-minute drop-in before the weekend. Friendly, efficient, and fairly priced tires."

"I give this place five stars not because they did any work on my car yet. But they save me 500 dollars. I was told I needed a control arm. Took it here and he told me nothing wrong with my car. Very honest guy that's not out to take money. So yes they won a customer I would be here for the future of any repairs ."
