"I got my 2009 Lexus ES350's water pump fixed here. They did a wonderful job. Quick, skilled, and very nice to my daughter who was the one stranded with my car approximately four hours from our home. I am very happy with their service and the warranty. Not all shops are as clean and kind to their customers as this one is. My water pump failed again and it was warrantied through Tuffy, thank God. I should have brought it back to this shop, my mistake for bringing it elsewhere. I hope nothing but the best for this shop and their crew. Yall do an amazing job. Much love from the Minnesotans!"

"Traveling between Wisconsin & Illinois: I Stopped and when I went to start my van again it simply clicked. I checked the obvious: battery connections and that lights worked etc, which they did. Called a friend that lived in this city, who suggested Tuffy’s on Riverside Street in Rockford, IL. Tuffy’s thought it sounded like the “starter” failed. Their shop was packed! I had them look at it further and ultimately authorized the replacement of the starter. In 4 hours they had me back on the road! Part of the time was just freeing up a bay and mechanic knowing I was from out of town/state. So thoughtful! Just as they/we thought it was the starter. It was actually cheaper than the area shop pricing, all of whom couldn’t get me in for two to three days. I highly recommend Tuffy’s for their customer service, diagnostics and repairs. Awesome!
