"Today is 01/21/2023 6:43pm I’m playing with my wife the machines are ok the guy is very rude, he was telling me no to ouch the bottoms so many times, he was just watching how we play, I don’t need bodyguards when I’m Playing this is my time of recreación when I shake off the routine a long working week, he did not want me to leave my jacket in one of the chair by the waiting room he want me to keep it with me even though there was nobody only me and my wife, no wonder the place is empty. I don’t think I’m coming back, I might but only if there is a different person attending the business."

"Honestly I just walked in to use the bathroom and as soon as i opened the door without saying a word this man with glasses at the desk told me to leave and go next door.... I’m 21, just got done working so i’m not dressed casual because i do labor work & have money to gamble or do whatever i want. what if i was actually wanting to spend some time there? that’s how you treat future customers? that was the rudest thing ever and lucky i didn’t get in his face about it because i do go to betty’s and won’t ever go to any of them again. that’s terrible."
"Dont even bother to visit this place. The guy that was there was very mean and racist. Theres so many other place like that around there u could go..friendly staff..nicer place. Respectful staff... This bettys is no good to go!!!!"
