"2-3-24 i ordered a Big Mac meal in the drive thru. Once we got to the second window the lady was very rude and asked us to pull forward. After waiting 15 min my meal the lady comes walking from the side of the building not the front door in which we were parked by. Hands me the food for my fries to be ice cold and hard my Big Mac was ice cold messy with a burned hard top bun. How am i waiting for cold food. Higher ups need to come in and do a revamp to this location. It’s going down"

"I went through the drive thru and there was nobody ahead of me but yet it's still took almost 10 minutes to get my food at 1140am. nd when I did get my food. There were problems but. t of course I didn't notice until I was almost at work so it was too late to do anything about it. I dumped my meal and went somewhere else. I got a diet instead of a regular Coke. The fries had 0 salt on them and the burger was mushy. I would continue driving down the road to the other McDonald's in Skokie, if you really want something from here. I've eaten at a lot of McDonald's, and this is probably one of the worst ones. Either the owner needs to start caring more or needs to get a new manager."

"After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive thru 1-25-24, 7:40 am-ish (they have double lanes but were taking one car at a time alternating lanes), i finally placed my order, a simple #6 with a coke, get to the casher who asked "what was my order" after taking it less then 30 sec before hand(fair enough it was busy) so i told him a #6 with a coke, then he asked "what is that?" I mean seriously. Now i have to do their job for free? Service is a joke for the price and quality of the "food" and based on the cashiers incompetence leads me to believe management isn't that far behind. On the bright side, because of this interaction, i will no longer ordering from any McDonalds ever again due to the very poor customer service throughout the whole organization"

"I placed an order for four different meals. After paying and checking the receipt, I told them I ordered two double cheeseburgers and they only rang up one, so I paid for a second double cheeseburger. After doing a completely separate purchase for the second double cheeseburger, they still only gave me one. Check your order before leaving the drive through!!!! The customers behind me will just have to wait while I check next time."
