"Nancy at KS saved my best friends wedding after we had a horrible experience with a local bridal shop. She got all of us bridesmaids in with our "back up" dresses and altered all of them the day before the wedding and had us all look stunning. Will highly recommend going here!"
"My wife ordered bridesmaids dresses from a place in Burlington called Mae’s Bridal and she started several times she had a seamstress to alter the dresses but we found out later there were no dresses or seamstress so after the bridesmaids found dresses they liked, the staff at K’s spent two days before our wedding altering dresses. I’m beyond grateful for the fast service that reduced the stress we were all facing, especially the bride b Thank you!"
"Whoever was working (it sounded like the owner) didn't introduce herself, yelled at us from across the store instead of actually approaching us. Incredibly rude throughout the whole conversation. She called the dress shop to clear up a miscommunication we had, didn't use our names (which we'd given her) just said "some people came in." Proceeded to tell us we were wrong and let us know we could go wherever we want for alterations. Maybe this is what you can get away with as a small town business, but a little professionalism would have been great."
"The owner did alterations for my cousin's wedding and they were perfect. The exterior of the building is a little rough, but the service is excellent. She is very helpful, and the price is really good. Besides alterations she offers sewing supplies."
