"I have been going here quite awhile and was having great results but to see how my teeth look after the last 2 visits I'm just so disappointed... I'll share a picture of my teeth to show what the greatest work looks like here from my own personal experience. Also I asked the Dentist to fix my teeth after and she started talking back to me in a negative manner and told me she was going to have to use sandpaper on my teeth to fix it.... That's the most unprofessional thing I've ever been told also then she walked away and told me to buy a electric toothbrush but I already have the one that they endorse at their business the Sonic Care Toothbrush..... This is a scam they are not your friend and not here to help. Save your teeth and go to someone who cares!"

"Unlike the last review, I have to say, this place is absolutely amazing! I have had past dental trauma where Novocain and lidocaine doesn't work on me. I was terrified and afraid of going to the dentist, but the dentist, hygentists and even the receptionist all work together as a team to make your experience more than comforting. I have gone now 2 times in one month because I have a lot of work that needs to be done and they always make sure I'm comfortable and explain things as they go along. If you have a fear of going to the dentist, this is the place for you."

"Their dental work is fine, but it's quick and not necessarily thorough in my experience. The dental hygienist was closed-minded and judgmental when learning about a new toothpaste I use. I understand dentists will always recommend fluoride as the top cleaning agent, but at least have an open mind and do research as more products and studies are released. The actual reason I'm leaving this dentist is because she kept pressuring me for a mouth guard, and when I told her it wasn't in the budget she would say things like "Well if it's important to you, I'm sure you'll find a way." You have no idea what people are going through, and to say something like that when someone has to budget for basic groceries....that's just rude and shows that you probably haven't struggled with money at all in your life or at least anytime recently. She was also pretty rude about a veneer put in by a previous dentist: "Did the dentist pick that shape/color or did you? Hmm......" (Mind you, this is a PERMANENT thing inside my mouth.) And she made sure to make me aware that I'm in need of teeth whitening. I had to ask them at the end "....so am I taking care of my teeth okay?" To which they finally said "oh yeah your daily maintenance is great, I barely had to clean anything off." So my experience with them was that they're super prepared to tell you things they can charge you for, but not super interested in telling you what you're doing well. I also don't totally trust their reception area. They've always been fine with my appointments but my husband used to go there, and they called him to confirm an appointment he never scheduled. They were like, "Yes we spoke to you last week about it." He never called them, which means they had a full conversation with someone else thinking it was him. I understand mistakes happen but patient confidentiality is relatively serious, and it just didn't look good."
