"The customer service and appointment scheduling is the worst I’ve ever dealt with!!! Ive had at least 5 time that I went there and my appointment was scheduled on a different day or when the orthodontist is not there and they don’t bother to call you that they mess up!!!! And they are very unprofessional!! Also they say it’s your fault for not checking if you appointment is on the correct date and time?? I don’t understand that one? If u give me a card that says a date and time , then the receptionist said it’s was at a different time??!!!"

"I was a bundle of nerves knowing I had to get a tooth extracted today. Can I tell you how wonderful Dr. Moon and the dental assistant were? They talked me through it, were very caring, patient, and understanding. In half an hour it was all over. From the front desk to all the staff, these are wonderful people! All of my children go here, as well. They have a new pediatric dentist who I am sure will be just as caring."

"This place is a disaster. They are incapable of scheduling anything correctly. Multiple times they have called and texted me to remind me of an appointment and when I drove 30 minutes to come to the appointment for my child they claimed we didn't have one and that the dentist was only there like twice a week. They moved locations from the round lake location because it was under construction and I was never notified about it until I arrived at the construction location and called them. Some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Was never even compensated with a gas card for my troubles. Terrible customer service. I definitely don't recommend this place."
