"We contacted Southwest Destructors asking them to take down a large (20 x 16 ft) shed on our property. The shed was on the backside away from the street, surrounded by trees, very difficult to reach with equipment. We are also in an area where city permits are notoriously difficult to obtain. Ross Rathgeber came to look at the site, worked with us, writing a detailed proposal we could take to the city outlining how his company would actually hand carry the debris from our back yard to his trucks on the street. This was not a small task, by any means. His workers were on time, extremely efficient and left our property in great shape. The bill was very reasonable.
