"12/17/2022 Sadly, the customer service has gone completely downhill. I dropped 5 sweaters off for embroidery on 11/15. On 12/5, Tricia emailed me to confirm font choices. On 12/15, I emailed to ask if I could add 1 sweater to my order, and I was told it would need to be a new order. I understand they're busy, so I asked when my current order was going to be done, and I was told 12/21 at the latest, but they were hoping for 12/19. I went to the store to retrieve my items, because I was going to need to find someone else to do them to match to the 1 new sweater, and these are Christmas gifts for my nieces. When in the store, Tricia was very ugly to me, and told me they're at the warehouse, and I'd have to wait until she goes into the warehouse. I asked when that would be, and she told me she would probably be there Fri the 16th. She said she would call me so I could come pick up. She told me in an ugly way that they've been on a 3 week turn around, and went to check and then said it doesn't matter (mind you, we were already at 4 weeks and going on 5). On Friday evening, after not hearing from them, I sent an email following up. On Sat, after still not hearing back I called. I was told she was at the warehouse and would be back that day and they would call me when she was back, so I could pick up. Well, it's after 6p on Sat, and they're now closed until Tues, and I still don't have MY items. This is so, so disappointing. I try to support small business, but this will be one marked off my list."
