"They are nice, but can't seem to help me with my policy. Keeps getting cancelled for lack of payment, but they never withdraw the money and then want to charge me a 25 dollar return fee. They call the bank. I do and bank has no issues, and if I didn't have the money in my account I would be charged a few by the bank. Anyways ended up at State farm, now I pay two thirds of what I was paying here and that includes renters insurance."
