"I have been a loyal State Farm client for 28 years in different states. For the last 6 years here in Spring and have insured around 7 different vehicles withe Jeanna. I recently went to add an addition vehicle and the rates were extremely high even with our stellar driving records and no reported claims. I called to ask about this high quote for liab. insurance and why it was so high and got a very vague answer that made little to know sense except that they just didn't want to insure a 2003 is what it seemed like. Then when I called to cancel all my vehicles coverage they didn't even bother to ask why. Guess they just didn't want to keep my business. I was shocked to say the least of the lack of concern as to why I was moving my business. I still do business with State Farm in another state and have never been disregarded as a customer the way I was today, left a bitter taste in my mouth and I definitely wont be referring them to any of the people I know or come in contact with. Disappointed to say the least."
