"DO **NOT**WASTE A DIME OF MONEY OR TIME HERE!!! If you do not need this warning you will be even more heart broken and devastated than I’m sure you are already feeling dealing with a loss. This family is EVIL. Absolutely EVIL. How could you treated families with disrespect and with unprofessional, hurtful, aggressive verbiage? How? How can you stomach treating people needing comfort in your services like that? You delayed services, tried to provide a CARTOON PHOTO FOR A GRAVE STONE!!!! And blame the family!!!!!!! You used vulgar langue to yell at their family over the phone and denied services and wanted to force your own opinions on them?! THESE PEOPLE LIED AND SCAMMED OUR FAMILY. THEY PLACE A HEADSTONE IN SECRET! And broke our hearts. You couldn’t even spell a name right. We have full evidence and truly hope yal get what you deserve."
"This was the first place we stopped at and Lois had us sold, didn’t go anywhere else and paid for the headstone in full. Here we are almost a year later and no product. There have been some delays on my end however even more on theirs. Absolutely no communication from Lois and her response is we are busy and “I don’t know what to tell you.” Very unprofessional my recommendation is never pay in full and definitely steer clear from them! Lessened learned!"
"The first gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. When I called back to arrange to meet, I had a very different experience with the woman I spoke to. She was abrupt, curt, and rude. She didn’t seem to want my business. She even went so far as to accuse us, the mourners, of having a stolen monument! I was shocked and outraged at her accusation. I do not recommend them whatsoever!"
"These people are not interested in customer service. The monument was fine, but all they care about is getting paid. Not good when you are grieving a loved one."
