"Absolutely horrible. They had the halter on this poor horse so long that it had rubbed it’s nose raw and was bleeding. I brought it to the attention of the staff and she made some excuse and walked away. I am livid that the city of round rock hired a company for their July 4th Frontier Days event that treats their live animals like products and let’s them suffer for the sake of revenue. Disgusting. If you’re considering hiring this company, I would please urge you to reconsider."
