"I was very frustrated with my former auto insurance agent because I was not informed or being made aware that my auto insurance policy was being canceled. I was told by my insurance agent that my insurance policy was canceled due to my request to increase my liability coverages on my policy. This was absolutely ridiculous. Jeff Keane had previously spoke with me about switching my auto insurance coverage over to his insurance company.
