"Currently have the HOA suing a vendor that held up our loan processing. We were due to end our lease back on sold home a few days after scheduled close. Milestone is basically stealing our $26000 in earnest money. Terrible location right on 1826 good luck to all that purchase as they attempt to make a left turn out of the community. Ethically really terrible folks in management. Terrible communication from Justin the sales counselor and Chris the lead supervisor in construction. M-Signature is quite a statement. Justin Bowman was terrible at communication and often returned calls days after attempting to communicate. Chris during our buyer walk loved using the term “as spec’d,” a lazy way of saying you are paying a premium for what we want your “Signature” home to be. In the end I am glad that we did not purchase here and potentially dodged a bullet!"
