"I have call and talk to them aleast 4 time already to mail me a ID insurance card she said she will mail me a ID insurance card this was in December 2023 which I just renewal my insurance with them in December 2023, till now I have not got a dam thing from them! I spoke to Sandra and some other lady both told me they will mail me a ID insurance card! How hard is it to mail a customer a ID insurance card! I will go back to ALL STATES insurance!"
