Dominick Rose not only proved to be a late paying client of S&S Heating, Refrigeration, and AC, but he failed to acknowledge or return voicemails regarding my policy, until legal action was threatened. He lacked humility, was non-apologetic, and found it funny (along with colleagues) who proceeded to gaslight and antagonize me, due to my concerns. I would not support this business at all and would not refer this agent to any business or individual."
