"This agency took over my policies from a previous agency. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have contacted the Tx Dept of Insurance and the BBB about them. I cancelled my insurance policies with them, and they took the money out of my account anyway, then told me I had to wait 5 business days to get it back. Not once when I called in to have someone explain why they kept raising my homeowners rates did I ever get an explanation. The last call that I made to get my money refunded is the reason I finally decided to write a review. The woman who I talked to was rude and tried to tell me I didn't cancel the policy, but that she showed my policies as cancelled. Please do not use this agency. The hands you are in are the hands stealing from you"

"This guy doesn’t email back his customers. Have to contact the 1-800 number to get any answers. Update: Yes. I know Alexander is no longer with the company. I emailed you Rod months ago regarding my auto policy skyrocketing. Haven’t heard back. If you’re the Tomball number calling me, quit calling and take the time to find my email and respond to it. If you need me to screenshot it and post it here, I will."

"False advertisements. Keeps sending me letters in the mail stating that they will give me home coverage for under $1700 a year then give you the run around on the phone telling you it will be $4400. Don’t waste your time on their false advertising."

"I have been very impressed with this office and its staff. Every time I call it is answered by A real person who is kind and courteous. They take the time to understand my situation and recommend the best course of action. I have never felt like a just another client or number. I was a customer here in the past for a number of years for both auto and home and ultimately changed my auto due to a better rate with another company. Let me tell you though, I FELT it in the customer service department and missed my experiences with the Rod Zelaya office. This leads me to Peggy. Peggy Pyle and I have spoke a couple of times over the most recent months. She was amazing in her follow up, and remembrance of details from our previous conversations. She was consistent with her check-ins in a not at all pushy way. Due to her follow through we were able to discuss my return of my auto policy and secured a rate lower than what the company I left for now had me at! She took her time in the process listening to my current situation and ensuring I had all discounts available to me. I really felt like she was advocating for me and that mattered."
