"Have never had an issue until recently. My auto policy got cancel because another person with the same name cancel theirs and they didn’t verify the right person. It has been it headache since then trying to get my rates as they were. Also my home policy changes rates didn’t change for my new policy, I just got screw by increasing my deductibles and still paying the same. Allstate customer for 9+ years and switching now."

"After transferring from Robert Ellisor, and being linked to this office for over 15 years. I am disappointed that this office doesn’t value customer loyalty. Not only did I give this office multiple opportunities to beat other competitor quotes, they were unable to beat any of the quotes I received that were not only lower in price but offered more/better coverage. I gave them multiple opportunities to return my multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Coming from a longtime loyal family plan to my own plan, I plan to encourage my family to switch. I am not one for writing bad reviews and usually give customer service the benefit of the doubt but clearly this office could care less about loyal customers."

"I only had Karina Sosa for a short while when I requested another agent as she was incredibly rude and unresponsive. I don't like the way Allstate rewards bad agents by still paying them when the customer goes to a new agent instead of paying the new agent who is doing all the work. I think she purposely may be pushing customers to ask for a different agent so she can get paid without having to do the work. I regret ever signing up with her."

"We arrived to get some help and the lady made up excuses to avoid helping us. First it was that we didn’t have an active policy but we did. Secondly she said it was because she was in the middle of a training. In another words she didn’t open our policy so she believes we are a waste of time. Guess what, I will never like to have this type of service. I will stay with My agent. Thank you for not earning my business!"
