"Unresponsive. I emailed Katleen on a Monday about adding flood insurance and did not receive a response. I followed up with her at 3pm on Friday and finally received and email from her on Saturday saying she can’t add it now bc the office is closed and she’d give me a call on Monday to set it up. I did not receive a call from her on Monday so I ended up reaching out to a different Allstate agent. If it’s this difficult to pay then I could only imagine how difficult it would be if I’d need to file a claim."
