"They have a very rude person that works for the company. I would have to say she is a Karen she talks to you like you don't know your rights and you're dumb. They also told me they can come out to your house whenever they want even though you call to reschedule. I have never had a claim and I have had house insurance since 1998. We had a death in the family and had people coming in and out for my disabled child. They are rude and it's a ridiculous company so if you're looking for house insurance run the other way. The list goes but way too much to put in a review."
