"My experience was awesome… Paige was phenomenal… I had discoloring on my bottom teeth with plaque build up due to my braces… I was frantic and unhappy about this but Paige took the time to clean and polish my bottom teeth were I had the build up and my teeth looks great… I totally recommend Big Bend Dental…The people in the office were also very kind…They made you feel welcome…I know I have found the perfect office for me…"

"I had the best experience here. The front desk was very cheerful and checked me in quickly. I immediately was sent back to get my cleaning, no waiting in the waiting room. And my dental hygienist was super thorough and got my teeth so clean and smooth. She was very gentle with the floss and picker and still managed the best cleaning I have ever had!"

"Switched to this office after my previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance. Very clean and nice office, but doesn't operate super efficiently. They use iPads for the check-in process. Sounds great in theory, but can cause a bottle neck with elderly and less tech-savvy patients. On my first visit, I waited 20 minutes just for an iPad to be able to check in, meaning I was over my appointment start time simply because I couldn't just take a clipboard and sit down. The hygienists were nice, if a little rough. I think the whole office focuses on speed. The dentist was not super personable, and the whole encounter was hurried and cold. They did fine work, but for anyone anxious about going to the dentist, this may not be the best office. After getting a couple fillings at this office (and I've had several in the past), I am also now struggling with tooth sensitivity for the first time in my life."

I used to feel like going to the dentist was such a chore, but after moving to Big Bend Dental, I feel so well taken care of that it's now something I look forward to. I love how communicative they are during the appointment and how they take their time to ensure each patient feels comfortable. They treat you like they would a family member--incredibly well! "The environment was so welcoming and positive. I went in for a root canal treatment and ended up not needing one. Dr. George and Lisa were the best people I could have had by my side. They gave me the best care and provided me with the best service. I am so thankful we were able to save what was left of my tooth before it was too late. The Big Bend Dental crew are the most nonjudgmental, welcoming, and just the best crew all around. I definitely will be continuing my dental care through them!"
