"In the market for a home, visited Bloomfield @ Waxahachie Texas location treated w/subtle contempt! Vaguely discussed models! Then told you can go see the home while being walked in front of hidden camera (maybe I am presumptuous yet perceiving). Told "if" I wanted to see a certain locked home I had to call a number but she didn't know how long the wait! I am guessing or assuming once more... I didn't look like a serious buyer (lol)! No worries, I am NO LONGER interested in a Bloomfield Home!"

"SHORT CUTS taken every chance they get. Keep an eye on your home shifting -land not prepped correctly. Then keep an eye on the repair team -short cuts, you have to direct and clean after. SEVERAL houses on the street have problems and some where bought back by builder. ALL the electrical breakers have been recalled and Bloomfield hasn't communicated with homeowners -first and second owners are stuck paying electrician. insulation job is borderline unethical. Foreman failed to ensure the company product was worth a referral. Not sure how they make a profit if they have to return to the homes for warranty work, but I'm sure they manage. New owner - Don't take your warranty period for granted."

"Our family built a Bloomfield home a year ago. Great company to work with from sales to construction. Excellent quality. We love the size of our home, the lot, the neighborhood. Very attentive builder."

"I was so excited with my first home in, but we had so many problem with Bloomfields projector manager Jason Wynns. He did not take responsibility for my home. He was careless about what I pointed out and needed to be repaired. The day we walkthroughs was more than 1 week before out closing day. We blue taped on the walk need to repair the texture and paint which he said really easy to fix. Unfortunately, he did not have any final walkthroughs after that. we decided to stop by the house the day before closing date then wait for him to come back and point out things that were not fixed. He kept saying it could be repaired in couple hours. He sure everything would be okay when we closed and moved the next date. When I moved in, the taped were removed without repairing. no words can describe my feeling. Terrible. I keep dealing with them until now and they have not repaired what I pointed out. It was waste time to wait for them to come everyday without repair what I pointed out and dealing with projector manager. I'm not satisfied with my new home!!! I am not recommend anyone I know to go with Bloomfields as Stress, depressed, and terrible service"

"UPDATE MAY 2022: We have now reached out to the VP of sales. He basically said other builders must "do a better job than us scheduling things." What kind of explanation is that? We were told in the beginning of May that one of the main delays is HVAC. We now have HVAC installed and but Bloomfield is still saying closing maybe in July 2022. Again, I cannot stress this enough. Do not go with Bloomfield, pick ANYONE else. We signed our contract with Bloomfield in March 2021. Here we are May 2022 and we are still not closing. The project managers are doing a poor job of managing the homes being built. When asked what the delay is, it's always "the whole industry" is delayed. If that were the case, then why can other builders finish houses faster than Bloomfield? Are other builders not using HVACS in their builds? Other homes being built that are not under contract are closer to being built than those that are under contract. I hope to receive some answers or results soon. My family and I will literally be homeless by the end of this month th because our house was originally due to close end of December beginning of Jan. It's now May and we are now being told ot will JULY before we could MAYBE close??"
