"Don't ever book with them, got to our hotel last night and it was canceled. No one told us. Called them and they said it wasn't when it was. I am still waiting for a refund. After this we booked another hotel with them. When the reservation came up it was a different hotel in a different location. I am not impressed."

"I booked a hotel room through ID90Travel, and when I tried to check in the hotel said there as no reservation found. I called and emailed ID90Travel multiple times with no help. I submitted a dispute to get a refund and was denied. This company steals money, stay away!!!"

"My reservations October 27-30 2022 at the La Casa 2801 N Monroe Street was deployable. The front desk representative agreed the place was horrible, a total mess. The curtains half hanged with holds, the lights on the lamps did not work, the bathtub looked as though mud was rinsed, the bed needed a mattress, the carpet was worn, dirty, and an awful scent. I decided not to stay and I am yet to receive my refund from ID90."

"Avoid at all cost!!!!!! It’s not worth booking with them! I booked a trip to NYC 6 months in Advance. When we got there, we had no reservations in the system. I had a confirmation & everything. Turns out whoever booked my stay used the European system & had the month & dates backwards. I was a no show in July when my my stay was for October! I had to book another hotel on the spot, it was a rainy, cold evening in NYC with 2 kids walking to our new hotel. Icing on the cake? They wanted to offer me a 15% accommodation to my stress! A freakn JOKE!!!!!! Please stay away from these people. Kate is the supervisor & useless!"

"Avoid it. I had a paid for hotel reservation. Received my booking confirmation on the same day. A week later (2 days) before my stay I receive a second confirmation email but this time my hotel is different?? It's a downgrade and in different location of the city. I thought this must be a mistake. Called customer service and the answer I got " yes it's different, you still have few hours to cancel it for a refund though " really ? So I should make a new booking and suffer the higher fare prices for a mistake you made? Never seen that before. Horrible experience."
