"I had just moved from California to Texas and I needed to change my All State insurance to the appropriate state. I called Tracy Drott’s office and they said you can come in right now. Both Tracy and Stephanie helped me through the particulars and within 20 minutes I had my All State Texas driver’s insurance in hand. Stephanie also wrote down where I would have to go to register my car and get Texas license plates. I was able to do that easily the following morning with my All State Texas driver’s insurance in hand. New insurance. New Texas license plates. All within 24-hours because of the direct help from Tracy Drott’s office. If you are coming from another state and need to get these items squared away in Texas, I could couldn’t give a stronger recommendation than to work with Tracy and her staff."
