"My dad was referred to Dr Tjahja in July of 2022 to get clearance for a much needed colonoscopy. He was set up with an appointment for a stress test October 2022. It was abruptly canceled without explanation or rescheduling very last minute. After months of trying to reschedule for him and getting the runaround (they kept saying they’d call us back to set it up), it was time to see the gastro again who was understandably upset that he had not been seen or cleared. By this time a year had gone by so he needed yet another referral to CHRISTUS Trinity. Went in for another pointless appt 11/2023 where dr Tjahja sat there with a blank stare asking him redundant questions. When I told him we were just needing the stress test he was scheduled for the year prior that was canceled by his staff and remained unscheduled until he needed another referral, he hung his head and said ok that’s all for today. Another pointless copay there. Was set up with another appointment for December 2023 only to get to the appointment after an hour in a warm car in sweats and be told he had a “fever” of 100.3 so dr Tjahja said he had to go back to his PCP and get cleared before setting up another appointment. This was after another $120 copay. I asked for confirmation with another thermometer and what the parameters were. The MA stated she’s “just an MA so I don’t know and there’s no other thermometer.” So here we are another year later with nothing to show for the money and time wasted with these people. Save your time, money and HEALTH and AVOID Dr Tjahja and his useless staff at all costs! The gastroenterologist is super upset and said they are considering reporting this practitioner."

He is an expert specialty professional Practitioner considering his credentials & length of working experience, & very knowledgeable & kind. Though I waited for almost an hour to be called inside the room for my treatment but it's worth it. The clinic staff are also friendly & accommodating. The nurse was very friendly and held a conversation with me letting me know the results of vitals and shared the next steps. My visit with Dr Kuo was informative and as always, was thorough and not rushed. I always feel comfortable asking questions because I know he will take the time to explain things to me."
