"Great Independent Agency. But I must say, wow, after reading some of the other comments, it appears that the "Cancel Culture" is still going strong. Hint: If a salesperson does not call you back, it is not because they did not want to make more money. It could be that you are an undesirable client. Check yourself in the mirror. If would not surprise me if some of these "Reactionary" folks also like to post negative reviews on every social media platform they can get their hands on. Maybe it makes them feel important. Come on folks, with COVID-19 and all the BIG problems going on in the world, don't you feel like your energy could be better served, and channeled in a positive direction? Let's all make the world a better, more positive place, shall we?"

"I received a quote from this agency a month or so ago, and there was an issue with the policy from the carrier. This agency failed to notify me until a month later so it was a scramble at the last minute to rectify the situation. Recently I requested a quote for a new rental property and had to email them repeatedly to get a response. Then they stated they couldn't believe nobody knew the age of the roof and their rude response was for me to go somewhere else for a quote. I currently have a policy with them, so why would I want to go find an additional insurance agent??? They don't' seem to answer their phones either. They only like to send emails....when they actually get around to responding which is rare. Wow. That's why I have no empathy when these little "mom and pop" agencies who work banker's hours finally fold up and blow away."
