"Worst service ever. I have had nothing but terrible service from Gabriela. She doesn’t believe in customer services and promptness once she has your business because she does not care for her customers after the policies are issued and after you paid for your policies. I first reached out to her when I was comparing rates and shopping around. She gave me great rates and was very responsive and prompt but as soon as she got my business and I paid in full for 3 polices, the nightmare started. 2 month after the new polices were effective, I got 3 bills of $200 plus on each policy. When I asked her the reason as I had already paid in full, why am I getting these bills. Her response was she did not take some factors into her calculations in the beginning. I was so upset with her that I decided not to renew with her. I informed her that I will not be renewing with her 10 days before the expiration. She decided to just ignore my request even after the acknowledgment I got from her. After the expiration date, I got emails from Farmers that my bills are overdue. I called farmers, I was informed that Gabriela never placed a cancellation request in their system. I fired her and took my business to another company that believe in exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction."
