"A few months ago I purchased a new home from villanueva. Since day one been having issues first of all their was no hole for the dryer to vent, called them and they had to come and break wall. Then seen alot of mistakes on tile and grout, shower door doesn’t close. Paint is the worse part left alot of parts un painted and they did come and get some work done but left me a mess of paint everywhere and still didn’t finish. Been having cracks on walls , ceilings ect. Alot of details were missing when we the closing. I can easily describe this situation as a horrible experience seems they have cheap workers working for them that don’t even know what they are doing. With paper work only issue I had was that I had to do a construction loan and a permanent loan a waste of money and what they apparently told me was that it would be a small closing cost ended paying over 4k for each closing. A total of 9k plus the upgrades over 16k in down, closing, upgrades for a home that has alot of mistakes. It’s ridiculous. I definitely don’t recommend them."

"Some of villanuevas best work. Tile cracked all over the house. Doing repairs and turns out some of the tile was just place over the foundation no adhesive was used. Tape and float in poor quality while working on that couldn't find a match for the paint, turns out they just used primer never did the final coat. I have pictures of everything if anyone wants more info. Villanueva kept blaming the foundation that it was shifting called out 2 engineers to survey the house they all said poor workmanship. I have the reports too if interested."
