"I used to be happy about this place although it's a bit pricey. Everything changed when I purchased an expensive pool cover. 3 days after purchase it open at the seam, looked like a big tear. Took it back to the store because never was I informed that they could not help people with an exchange. The male shaggy looking cashier that is always there was very unwilling to help and right away in a bad cutting off manner told me to return to the manufacturing company. Not willing to advise or at least listen. Very bad attitude and worst customer service when I needed guidance and had a reason to be disappointed. He pretty much shut me up with a "nope". He could of mentioned the policy when I made the purchase but he didn't and there was no sign to make people aware of the covers policy. Not everyone knows manufacturers policies, this retail place assumed wrong. Don't recommend this place unless they step up on that."
