"Do Not Buy CAH, they are not worth the money you pay for it. I been living in my CAH for almost 2 years and the house is having issues like a 15 year old house. The worst thing is, after one year they don’t cover ANYTHING! And the materials and contractors they use and hire are so cheap and poorly made they only last a year. Almost like they do it on purpose. Take my advice and find a better company to buy your new home. We pay more than 300,000 dlls for a so poorly built home. And they act like they gave you the house for free."

"We recently purchased our first home and, to be frank, we have only been disappointed. This home was severely rushed and poorly supervised as we have found significant shortcomings in quality. It's one thing to be cost effective and another to cut corners. Doors are not squared, cabinetry is cheap, and our home was initially laid out incorrectly leading to our current issue of water lines being compromised. Our home inspection was performed when the home was not even completed and rescheduled because of their lack of progress only to be rushed into signing off on a poorly completed product. We have continued to find more and more issues with our home. We are not even 2 months into living in our "new" home and we have already had to utilize our warranty services because their unsupervised, poorly managed, and apparently inexperienced contractors were too careless to build toward expectations. This house has turned out to be a glorified fixer-upper."

"Honestly Classic American homes are garbage. We bought our house in 2021 and immediately we found a ton of problems with our house. The stairs squeaks, the tiles in the master bathroom are coming up, moving around in the shower squeaks a lot, the fixtures in the bathroom are secure to drywall and not actual wood, my cabinet draws and doors are coming undone, the paint job is bad, the light sockets is not flush against the wall instead its poking out. I could go on and on. I am not a satisfied customer. As a new homeowner i shouldn't be having these issue. I definitely learn my lesson. I wouldn't recommend Classic American Homes to Anyone."

"If you are considering buying a Classic American Home please reconsider!!!When you invest your money into a brand new home you expect everything to be perfect. This home was rushed and poorly put together. We were supposed to have re-inspection to see if all areas had been fixed. As you can see from the pictures we still have the initial tagged areas not fixed. I’m not sure who painted the home but it’s literally paint everywhere. It’s paint all over the floors and the paint is not flushed. We have not been here quite two months and the things we’ve found and noticed still wow me. I am happy we are military and this is not our forever home because the rush job has us completely appalled. Please take your time and look at other builders. If we could sell right now and break even we would be completely grateful."
