"Old hotel with renovated rooms. Reception staff noy the friendliest. My toilet was dirty when I checked in, poop stain still in there. Gym very small, and not properly maintained (see pics). Please fix the peloton bike, providing straps for the pedal!"

"We recently attempted a stay at this hotel that left much to be desired. While the front desk staff were friendly, the overall experience fell significantly short. The issues included an out-of-order elevator and another with noticeable maintenance needs, a room reeking of men's cologne and lacking proper heating, a squealing hvac unit that would have prevented sleep, and an inability to access the pool. Despite the inconveniences, what disappointed us even more was the lack of immediate resolution. When we requested a refund (within 30 minutes of arrival) due to our discomfort, we were informed we needed to call on Monday to speak with the manager. Not only were we not reimbursed the $170, but we also faced the risk of not having it returned at all. In light of these challenges, we decided to move to another hotel for a more comfortable stay. It's unfortunate that the issues weren't promptly addressed, and the financial resolution process adds an extra layer of frustration. I hope my feedback contributes to improvements in service for future guests."

"Don’t stay here. Elevators are a ticking time bomb death trap, no way they’d pass inspection. Rude staff. Got charged $250 smoking fee, but I don’t smoke and no one besides me was in the room prior to check-out. I’ve been traveling full time for work for 8 years and have never been accused of smoking in my hotel room until this Hampton inn. I don’t care about the money, but my employer who pays for my room has zero tolerance on this matter and now I’m losing my career and livelihood because Sherry from the front desk is comfortable lying just to make a few extra bucks"
