"This was my third visit in as many months. They have everything I need for any kind of get together I'm having. Last month my kid's birthday, this month's Superbowl & Valentine's. No matter what kind of party, get together or cookout I'm having, I go here first! The staff is always so helpful & the store is always clean & well organized!"
"Worse customer service ever. I walked in without being greeted. I picked up my order and I guess one of the balloons popped and the gentleman with glasses threw it at me, didn’t offer a refund nor a solution to help us. He asked the manager just said no that was that. I had to offer to get a new ballon and got one that didn’t even match with an eye roll. Worse experience"
"Easily on of the best party city’s I’ve been to, the manager at the store helped me with all the necessity’s and even went the extra mile to inflate all my balloons. Didn’t even have to do it and she did it anyways free of charge. Excellent customer service!"
