"New to Katy so I was shopping for a new store. Had the privilege of buying a 20 gauge for my wife (home defense). I had some initial issues with the Mossberg. I dropped it off and they did the troubleshooting (no charge). They saved me the hassle of calling Mossberg and dealing with it. Super easy. They stood behind their product 100%. Additionally, it took a hard to source ammunition 20ga > 1oz. They assisted with sourcing and ordering. Highly recommend."

"This place has a wildly large inventory of high quality products. I wish they would put the inventory on the website, but they answer emails and carry so much stuff it’s not been an issue. Staff is friendly. I’ll keep coming back."

"Ever been to a gun store and feel unwanted or unwelcome? The 2 workers here only acknowledged when I went inside with a greeting of “hey”, but while I looked around and asked a few questions they did not seem to care much about being helpful on trying to find what I needed or want. It’s like they don’t care to make a sale or gain a new customer here. It’s the attitude of “either buy or get out” type of atmosphere. Not rude but definitely not helpfully friendly! Not planning to come back to do any business here, go elsewhere!! Edited: whoever replies to these negative reviews so rudely is unprofessional, it’s not about feelings, it’s about being respectful, polite, welcoming and manners. Look how you’re treating people with the responses you give to negative reviews. If it’s the owner or employees, grow the hell up! Treat people with common courtesy and they’ll rethink how they view your business, being a douche doesn’t get you nothing. There are hundreds of gun stores, yours stands out because of you and how you treat people!!"

"So my husband likes guns and has several but had been wanting a new one but wasn’t sure what he wanted. Went to Bass Pro, nothing, looked online, kinda blah.. I found this store and we were directed here. Ok I did read all the reviews because (annoying women right? Haha) and they were all like “this place isn’t friendly, guys were unhelpful.” LIES!! Please don’t read those! OMG they were amazing! Hubby was in and out in 15 mins and when he picked up his gun 3 days later he was blown away! These guys were so courteous, welcoming, knowledgeable and gave us great customer service. Hubby said he’ll never buy another gun from anyone but them. Go here for all your firearm needs!"
