"I've been going to Edgar since he was working out of his garage, where he'd make repairs, tune ups in short turn over times. Usually in 15-30 minutes, at the longest that day at really fair price, which one might expect for a at home operation. I thought things would change when he open up a shop in downtown Katy. I've been there on several occasions and it's the same, only the staff is larger, but still the same reasonable prices, with quick turnaround on repairs, but now they have a full service shop with every kind of accessory you'd need. They also have a great stock of new bikes. Carlos is carrying out Edgars great mechanical skills and Juan is looking after customers from the counter. Highly recommend them for anything bike related."
"I had a great experience at Active Cycling Shop. To begin, I had some complicated bike repairs and my bike was completed the very next day! Carlos and Edgar explained everything to me when I picked my bike up, in fact I was provided with a detail receipt on parts and labor!! "I had a fantastic experience with ACTIVE CYCLING SHOP! … I needed some help with my bike. I brought it in for a Bottom Bracket replace and tune-up, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The work they did on my Pinarello bike was outstanding. It's running like new again, and I couldn't be happier. They were fast and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. The shop is clean and well-organized, and the staff is professional and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend ACTIVE CYCLING SHOP for all your cycling needs.
