"WOW! I can’t even fathom the experience I had going into this store. I exchanged a pair of shoes for a bigger size, and boy was she rude the minute I walked in. It was a short Mexican lady who may actually even be the manager and she was raising her voice, tapping hard on the computer screen, dropping pens…. Unbelievable experience. I would avoid this location due to the poor experience and better yet the disrespect."

"Unsafe environment for customers. My wife and her mom went into the store to shop for shoes. There was a low hanging metal banner in the middle of the walkway (face height). They both accidentally hit the bar with their heads when navigating the store (causing bruises and minor scrapes). When they told the manager of this, the manager told them it was their fault for going to that part (it was a reasonable area for foot traffic). When I came back to investigate the bar and understand what happened, the manager yelled at me to leave the store and accused me of “playing with the metal banner”. I felt like the manager was disrespectful during the entire ordeal, and we would not recommend to other patrons."
