"I've been coming here for quite awhile but now my last experience will end that. I've always gotten the one hour stringing for my rackets regardless if i brought 1 or 2. Their website even says one hour stringing NO EXTRA CHARGE. Today i brought two rackets and dropped them off. She told me it would be ready in two hours and not the one hour I'm accustomed to. Not only that she charged me 17 per racket when I've been paying 15. It says so on their website as well. She says it's extra for polyester strings. That will be the last time I ever come here. I'll chalk it up to lesson learned. I added a picture of their website before they take it down."
