"The shopping experience was alright. The store has a lot option but I have noticed that the availability of the shoe sizes are limited because some of the shoes only offers only full size(9, 10, etc.) and not half-size(9.5, 10.5, etc.), which could impact some of the customers and their option to buy their products. I don't really mind, since the sizes does varies by the brand so it could differ by a little bit. The shoes is affordable overall. But the issue with my shopping experience at this store was the lack of assistance/help from the customer service, and even the vibe was a somewhat sour. I wasn't being greeted when I walked in or offered any assistance with the selection process - in fact few of the staff was just watching me from the cash register getting the shoes from the top-shelf and didn't bother to come and offer help. Keep in mind that this was during New Years Eve and with the pandemic happening, not a lot of people was shopping at that time so the place was quite empty. After getting the shoes that I needed, I went to the cash register to make the order, and no clerk came to the cash register. What even outlandish was the clerk at the back of the store noticed me waiting and she ignored me like I'm not even there. But 10 minutes later, she came by and made the order process without any greeting, asking me if I find everything alright, etc. Even she threw the receipt aggressively to me at the end. The attitude she gave me was poor, and the lack of overall customer service kind of sets off a bad vibes. Overall, there's a little to no chance that I'll be coming back to shop there due to the bad experience with the customer service."
