"My wader specialist Deb was AMAZING!!! Us big guys always have problems finding hunting gear that fits properly and still have mobility. I’m 5’11” weigh 385lbs, wear a 13.5 boot, and shaped like a pear. I’ve wasted so much time at Cabelas, BassPro and Academy trying to find a pair of waders. I was able to call Deb, give her my measurements, and she was able to match me with an unbelievable perfect fit! Made my shopping experience so easy. "Do not use these guys when you're ordering online. They use FedEx which is notoriously known to lose packages and put in delivered even if they're not. I've specifically asked them to to mark my package for a sign required and did not follow instructions resulting in package loss. This is the second time it has happened. These guys are not reliable"

In preparation for my first duck hunt, we couldn’t find the gear I needed in smaller women’s sizes for myself and my daughter anywhere until we found Texas Fowlers! Being local to us, we were able to stop in and try things on and get the best options and advice for what to wear, by other experienced duck hunting women! Don’t get me wrong, they take care of the men too, but as a new huntress, I felt like I was ready to conquer the world and now I’m hooked! "It was Sunday night couple years ago and I was looking for waist high waders for fat guys. I sent an email to TX Fowlers with no expectation of response before Mon. or possibly Tue, but Deb answered in minutes. She asked some questions and promised response. Again, no real expectation of response for at least a couple of days. Well, late Mon morning I get a call from Deb. She has gone through their on site warehouse and has 2 possible options. I bought my first set of waders from TX Fowlers that morning and have never been more satisfied. Since that initial purchase, Deb has helped me get the right product for my needs any time I ask. In a time where customer service seems to be leaving corporate lexicon, TX Fowlers takes it to another level. Buying things on line can be challenging and mistakes will occur, how they are handled separates business. I ordered kid mittens for myself by mistake and needed correct set forwarded immediately. No problem, they did not wait for my return to arrive or charge me for new mittens, just shipped new ones. I have recommended the incredible folks at TX Fowlers to all my duck hunting buddies and whole heartedly recommend them for any outdoor needs. My recommendation is not based on price points, availability of items or any other finite point; it is based 100% on customer service and trust.
