"Did something change here? This uses ro be the best Leslie's around. Showed up at 5:50 on 2-7. Supposed to be open until 6 and they are closed. We ordered a part - no one called us to tell us it was in or notified us it arrived. Then we drive 20 minutes and they closed early. Went back the following day. Customer service said the part was delivered a week ago. They said they don't have it. Zero assistance beyond that. Glad they have our money and we have nothing."
"Morgan is second to none! This gentleman, took time to look up part numbers based off a picture and a guess that I was coming into the store with. He was knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile to to handle anything I threw at him. It may be a little farther of a drive than my closest store but you can guarantee I’m coming to this branch for anything pool/spa related that comes my way (even as a “pool professional”). They have had more parts readily available than most stores in the area which makes for a quick easy transaction and back on the road to be efficient and profitable as a small business. "The hours open are like a smoke shop 10-6. I arrived at this location in cross roads at 1030 on Monday March 20th and they still weren't open. That is just ridiculous, and says something about management here."
"First time pool owner. Employee named Morgen was very helpful in helping me understand the ph levels of my pool and what is recommended. Also went out of his way to help me load up shock, chlorine tabs, and other helpful tools he suggested."
"Went to Denton store to get a part for my impeller and it was not in stock. They called the Crossroad store to see if they had it. The Crossroad employee said that they had it and for me head that way, which I did. Upon arrival at Crossroads the young man working the store told me that he didn't have it after all. He suggested I try the Lewisville or Plano stores (which are nowhere near Crossroads) but didn't offer to call to check those stores on my behalf. What a joke. A complete waste of my time and gas. So much for customer service."
