"I urge you to do your research before opting to do Invisalign, I developed jaw clicking/popping several months into treatment. My dentist informed me he believed it was due to the Invisalign, Dr. Kate disagreed but just be aware it can happen to some people. I decided to discontinue treatment in fear of worsening the TMJ even further. I received no refund of the nearly 4 grand I paid despite getting no results from treatment due to discontinuing. Although the contract states, “should treatment be discontinued due to any possible cause the treatment fee will revert to an amount proportional to the amount of work that has been accomplished.” This isn’t accurate, I didn’t have to pay the remainder of the balance but at that point it was nearly paid off. Possibility of a refund was never even mentioned and I had to ask about my balance to make sure I didn’t owe even more. I was treated very coldly by one of the front desk staff after choosing to discontinue treatment as well. When trying to decide if I should stop treatment I was told by Dr Kate, “well you can always make more money,” as if that amount of money is no big deal. On top of this when I had my attachments taken off, Dr. Kate took it upon herself without asking me to “smooth out” a filling I had on a molar due to recession. I didn’t even have an attachment on that tooth. It was extremely painful when she did it and caused me significant pain and sensitivity afterwards. I had to go have the filling redone, yet again out more money, and they told me she caused abfraction on the molar when she did this. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here and recommend you go elsewhere."

"This is a horrible place to take your children, do not take them there! The dentist's bedside manor is terrible and she does not know how to deal or speak with children at all. She threated my daughter on her second visit that she would not work with her. On her third visit, right after I gave birth to my son, she came out and assumed my daughter had gave birth to him and that is was her kid. MY DAUGHTER WAS 13 at the time! Dr. Kate just saw her last month, obliviously she was not pregnant and about to give birth, so why would you ask that? It is was a passive aggressive way to show what she thought of my daughter. My child is not perfect by any means, but she is a straight A student, involved in extracurricular activities, overall a good kid who is somewhat on the shy side. I have no idea why the dentist would treat her in the manor she did, but it only goes to show how poorly she deals with children. The services were just overall awful, and then when I wanted to stop services, they still wanted to charge thousand of dollars for barely seeing her. Please, just take you kids somewhere else, you will be grateful, trust me. I wouldn't even give one star if I could."
