"Dear truck drivers, I took load from this place and it would be the last time ever I deal with this company again. First they don’t have clear signage for truck entry. I had to drive All around building with trailer and it was very hard to figure it out. Second, all staff were very rude and unhelpful. I’ve arrived 2 hours earlier and they refused to do any process until the agreed time. No one appreciate you efforts and respect your time. After 4.5 hours of waisted time they didn’t give me all required paperwork and said it’s your problem to deal with your dispatch, while I believe it’s shippers job to provide BOL. I got the same type of attitude and rude way while doing delivery for them in Arizona Phoenix."
