"I would avoid this venue. It’s unsafe especially for single woman. They allow excessive drinking (it’s byob) and there is no-rules atmosphere. I was on the receiving end of a consent violation. I had to leave, the violator was permitted to stay. Their bottom line is profit, not the safety of their members."

"Unfortunately, when you're the only game in town you can have a very substandard venue. This place is filthy with dilapidated buildings out back. The toilet in the women's restroom didn't work. Safety is of no concern to them as there is no parking. You have to park two blocks away and walk in the dark in a super shady part of town. Went once to flea market during the day and I cannot imagine going to an event after dark. How come the cops aren't there every night is a complete mystery to me. Edit in response to owners reply: There may not be now, but when I was there, there most certainly was. Just as certain as the multicolored boards surrounding the filthy patio. But, I wouldn't know about that, since I was never there....."

"All these 5 star reviews (1 even from the owner) without any text seem a little dodgy for this adult entertainment private club / event center. Is this place something the SA Community desires? Yes. Is it the best place? Hardly! It's in a high crime area. You have to park 2 blocks away in a dirt parking lot unless you get there early. It operates uncomfortably close to 5 churches. The membership fee and constant door fees make it far more expensive than the value you receive. The owner does dodgy things. I challenge the 5 star reviewers to say exactly why this overly expensive run down building with bad parking in a bad part of town is such a 5 star experience other than "it's the only game in town"."
