Rocky is so knowledgeable that it gave me confidence to relax and remember details of what I needed, like the seat needed an upgrade. "I bought a bike online and sent it here for the owner to build. Which he was able to put together. When I came to pick it up he seemed to have some attitude problem as if I was bothering him. He was incredibly patronizing towards me as much as I tried to be friendly. It was like he carelessly assembled it. Never bothered truing the wheels and had to get him to redo the wheel after more childish attitude. He never bothered to fill out the warranty for the tires after he said he would. And tried to sell me a bike rack to which he changed the price from around 30 to 130. This guy seems like he just likes to mess with people. Zero customer service and super creepy. Go some place else."

"We just bought a bike for my son here. The prices are good for quality product. If you go here you will likely be helped by the owner who will give you tons of information to help you decide, but in a mechanic way as opposed to a sales way. They carry Fuji and Marin mainly, plus a lot of used stuff. Great experience, so glad I found this shop."
