"Outstanding service by Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. I notified my service advisor, Jay, that I had an issue with my vehicle and he scheduled me an appointment within two days. When I arrived, the team at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown were very nice and made me feel welcome. Jay was awesome as usual and he was able to get my car in and repaired in less time than quoted. Jay even took the time to explain to me why I was having the issue with my car. Great organization to deal with and great service advisor. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown!"

"My wife and I just purchased a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van from MB of Georgetown. Jerry Carpenter was our salesman. What a gentleman. He was not pushy at all (have dealt with plenty of pushy salespeople at dealerships in the past - it's somewhat expected), let my wife and I experience the ride, review the features and was very patient with us as we "kicked the tires" so to speak. Stetson Bailey was the sales manager who worked with us during our decision making process - very honest and forthright with us. Nice fellow, easy to relate with. You actually get to know these people on a personal level. They aren't just robots looking for a quick sale and churning you out the door. Finally, we worked out the paperwork and details with Peter Woychik in the finance department. Very charming young man. Once again, was not pushy on products, and very personable. Turns out he is our neighbor. Overall, great experience. We had no intention of buying, only researching the Sprinter vs Ford Transit and Ram ProMaster. Quality wise, the MB is superior and the cost difference was not much, especially with the great deal they gave us. I hope our service experience matches the purchasing experience. 5 stars. Thanks, y'all!"

"My vehicle was damaged at Mercedes Benz of Georgetown when getting a service A service performed. I'm very careful with my vehicle since I paid a good amount of money for it, so I want it to last for a long time. However, my latest experience with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. I brought in my vehicle for prepaid service on October 6th 2023 and waited for about 7 hours at the dealership for the work to be completed. Upon delivery of the vehicle the service person kept talking to me, so I was distracted and didn't do a walk around the vehicle before driving it back home. However, when I got home I immediately saw the damage that was caused to my front driver's side rim. There's even some white residue on the tire which means they hit something white with my car and hard! (I can only assume that it happened in their car wash) The back driver's tire also has this white residue, but the damage is lighter than the front. I called them and they want to pick the car up which I agreed to, but they picked up the vehicle 3.5 hours later than the original agreed time. I'm annoyed by the lack of communication since I was outside waiting for them for about 10 minutes before finding out that they were going to arrive later. My problem is that no one at the dealership claimed responsibility and passed the car to me as if they were hoping I wouldn't notice. The damage is pretty extensive and it's really bothering me. If they were upfront about the damage and offered solutions then I would of been fine instead of upset and writing this review. I love the Mercedes Benz brand and love my car, but this dealership has broken my trust, so I will look at other brands in the future. Edit: So, Mercedes of Georgetown picked up my car on October 18th 2023 and returned it 48 hours later. They attempted to "repair" the damage, but unfortunately you can still see the damage. But, my buying experience was actually very positive and quick, so I bumped the review from 1 star to 2. Second Edit: During yearly services the fluids of the vehicle need to be checked and topped off. The techs here did not check or refill the washer fluid upon my last 2 visits, so I had to do it myself when the indicator went off. The techs here are either incompetent or are encouraged to rush and cut corners. I suspect that the management here is to blame and if so then they need to clean house and get rid of the bad managers that are ruining this dealership since this dealership has a major "skill issue""
