"The guys who work here are nice, however, this location has become unreliable. Often closes without warning and often is out of necessary supplies (example: no acid this week). The phone is never answered. They are understaffed and overworked, often with just one employee working alone in the store."

"Rude!!!! Huffed and puffed because 3 people were waiting to have their water tested. He clearly did not want to conduct water tests. One man walked out because the guy was so rude to him. I switched to Hacienda Pools around the corner and they welcomed me and acted professionally and happy to help me. One time I went there, and the store was closed with a sign that said “CLOSED, I wasn’t feeling well. Sorry for the inconvenience.”"

"This has to be the worse pool store in the area. The person at the counter is completely clueless and lacks all customer service skills. This is the 2nd time in the last few weeks I’ve been in the store to test my pool water and they have no supplies to test the water. Who ever is the manger of the store should be fired. I’ve tried to order parts in the past and there response is always drive to Fort Worth they have a better store that can help you order the part. What’s the point of having a store in this area if you always have to drive to Fort Worth."

"I called the Hudson Oaks store late in the afternoon last week on Sept 5th. I just recently bought a home with a pool and am a first-time pool owner so, naturally, I have a lot of questions and a lot more to learn about pool maintenance than I expected. I spoke with Jesse H. on the phone and he initially realized I needed a chemical for my filtration system that I wasn't aware of. He not only took the time to explain that I was missing a necessary chemical, but also why it was necessary and how to prevent damage to the sytem until the issue was resolved. I didn't get to the store until 5:45 pm and it closed at 6pm. It was inventory day and anyone that has ever worked retail and done inventory knows it's a long and exhausting day. Despite that, Jesse went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to assist me anyway. He didn't just go and grab the chemical and hurry me out the door because they were closing. He took the time to gather information about my pool, run a water test, and ask me questions to help me better understand how to maintain my pool. He never once acted rushed...not one huff, glance at the time, or show of impatience. He wrote down, step-by-step, everything that needed to be done, answered any and all questions I could possibly have, and made sure that when I left the store I had all the knowledge I needed to handle the daily and weekly maintenance of my pool. 45 minutes later, well after he should have been done for the day, he was gentlemen enough to carry all my chemicals out and load them up for me. I truly hope Leslie's Pool Supply knows what an unusual and valuable employee/asset they have in Jesse. I will certainly be going back to this store to deal with him so that I can always be confident I'm getting the best quality and service. He knows his business and is more committed customer care than I have seen in a very long time from any retailer. Thank you, Jesse, for all your help!"
