"Tyler was a gracious and amazing fishing guide. Booking our trip was simple through his online system and Tyler was very communicative and flexible prior to our fishing day - letting us know where to go, what to bring and preparing us for the day of. Our fishing day was absolutely amazing. Tyler is a wonderful and patient teacher giving us lessons on how to use different types of bait as well as casting lessons. He was super patient when we would get hooked up in underwater foliage or occasionally when we would hook a dock or rock. He put us over various nooks of lake Travis and we found lots of fish. We both caught lots of fish which was extremely fun experience. Tyler also provided waters and snacks for the full day trip. Fishing from sun up till sundown was an incredible and fun experience. I would highly recommend Tyler’s day trips to anyone who wants to have a fun and exciting day out on the lake catching lots of large mouth bass with a few Guadalupe Bass and even a Gabergou or two."

Lake Travis can be difficult to nail down given the the size, depths, cover, water clarity, etc. While I caught a decent number from the bank, I absolutely hammered them when I booked a trip with Tyler. He’s got high quality equipment, is knowledgeable, and quite the great guide."

"Captain Tyler was accommodating, well prepared, competent and an interesting fishing guide. Our crew was limited on fishing experience, so Tyler used that opportunity to educate and instruct us in a casual non condescending manner. His boat is new and well kept. I have been on many a charter, and I don’t think I have found many skippers as comfortable, perceptive and flexible as Tyler was with me and my 14 year old son and his good friend.
