"Robert the manager is very rude, unprofessional and has poor customer Service. The worst experience of my life. Robert assumed the shirt I was returning was used, washed with a bar of soap and wanted me to smell it. He told me I took off the tags and put them back on. My 10 year old son (biggest cowboys fan) was present at the time and scared at what the man was saying. This shirt was a gift from my dad, I have both receipts. The shirt and tags are intact but the man insisted that there’s ways of taking the tags off. Below are images of the shirt. Robert the manager did not exchange it because as per him it was washed (with the tags on) and looks pink. The man is clearly color blind. Please note that the man is an older man and the pro shop light at the register is dim. There’s no way that this man is the manager and is allowed to treat people like this."
"Was looking for a birthday present for my mom. Since she’s a really big Cowboys fan and left with nothing due to the clerk being no help. He was too invested in his phone to help us. His response was you should have been here earlier. Never going back to this store. I rather shop online than be ignored."
