"We have been waiting for over an hour to be seen, arrived at 10:15am, appointment was at 10:30am, it’s 11:50am and my daughter hasn’t been seen still, absolutely ridiculous, children that came after us are going before us, lady at front said they were short stuff and the doctors are different which I understand, however, don’t over booked the appointments and provide customer service respecting the appointment times and the ones who come before. We don’t make an appointment 6 months in advance to wait hours before we are seen, I have two other children that couldn’t make it to this appointment due to being sick so this is very unprofessional. Three appointments back to back, 15 mins of spare, simply don’t overbooked people if you can’t handle it. Update: we ended up leaving due to the front desk person telling us the doctor had no idea how long it was going to take to see my daughter as the same doctor had multiple patients at the same time and offered us to reschedule. What a waste of time for us."

"Such a wonderful experience, my four children have been coming here for years now and everyone is so amazing. My son Isiah had a hygienist today l can’t think of her name but she has long red vibrant hair, she is amazing caring, funny and made my son laugh. They are all wonderful! Thank you for being so wonderful to our children!!"

"I was very nervous for my 2yr old to visit the dentist for the first time. It can be a scary experience as an adult so I can only imagine what it is like for a child. From the first phone conversation I felt like I made the right decision on choosing Accent Dental for my daughter. The lady whom I spoke with, I wish I could remember her name, went through the entire process and reassured me that there is no pressure in forcing children to do anything they aren’t comfortable with. When we arrived the ladies at the reception were full of smiles and warm welcomes. The office is decorated to excite children, my daughter loves fish, and the colors also grab their attention. The dental assistant was super kind and gentle with my baby and made her feel at ease. The dentist was super lovely and just put the icing on the cake for us and our experience. Everyone was friendly and said hello to my daughter and she completed her teeth cleaning and x-rays like a champ! We love it here, if you can’t tell. This is definitely the go to choice of choosing a dentist for your child."
