"Very disappointed in Jacket . Changes were made and I was not notified. Took them 6 months to deliver . They played the blaming game , Blamed COVID .. now my Senior is left without a jacket for their poor choices .. pic below shows the inside of the jacket that has a zipper and No lining.. No explanation of the zipper . Staff didn’t know ."

"Well first off y’all are an amazing service and i think y’all went to my school( Los Fresnos High School) and we had to place orders, which I did. I had put it all in an envelope and mailed it but I am unaware of what’s happening or if they billed my mom’s credit card or not . I would like some help. Overall y’all are amazing."
